I am very pleased to write this testimonial for your company, because not only are you guys involved in doing something really noble, but you are doing it with super-sharp professionalism.

I first came to know about babajob.com when I was looking for a child-care helper early last year. My first visit to the babajob website itself told me that I had reached the right place. Your extensive database of job seekers gave me the confidence that I may find the right person here.

But my experience with babajob became even better when I started interacting with Jeena and her colleagues over the phone. They were extremely polite and helpful. Basically they assured me that they will be able to find me the right candidate for the job. In the course of my search I interviewed a few candidates over the phone and a couple of them in person. And finally, I found the perfect person for the job- Vasantha Ramu, who has been with me now for over 18 months and is an integral part of my household.

We used your site to get a maid - this was in April, 2008. I had some issues with accessing the site, but excellent interaction with Sean Blagsvedt resolved that.

We got one maid who worked for a week or so (late April/early May) on a trial basis and then she left (!)

Then my wife interacted with your customer service representative in your office, and she was most helpful. We got another maid a week ago, Ms Vatchala, and she is with us on a trial basis. Fingers crossed!!

To summarize, your site is good and your service is excellent. But maids will be maids...

Hello,

I had hired a nanny through babajob.com and i must say that i am pretty impressed with their whole concept. For people like me, who have come to a new city for a living with not many familiar people around made it very difficult to find a trustworthy maid. Forget about trust, where do i go find a maid to begin with? Then one of my colleagues came to my rescue and suggested babajob.com. I was not quiet sure about it initially as the name was a little off track. Gave it a try anyway, and was happy that the initial charges are only 600/- and i could use it for 15 days and in case i was unable to find one, they would extend it by 15 more days. That's a good deal.

I had interviewed 4 people and selected one. But, she was not quite keen on taking care of my kid. She was into patient care earlier and hence would expect kids to behave like grown ups. Which is not quiet i wanted. I feel it was her problem, rather than babajob.com. So, i sent her back after a week. I found another person(Uma) with the help of Jeena from babajob who was very much willing to take care of my kid. She has been with me for the past 2 months and i do not have anything to say against her. She is very caring and takes care of the kid with genuine love.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation and thanks to the whole concept of babajob and the staff members of babajob, Jeena in particular.
